Brainwashing could work I think if she was aware she'd been brainwashed and struggled to resist and protect her secret identity. But this way she's too submissive and unaware of what removing her mask will do.
I'm on the fence about this one. She doesn't even seem to notice that she was unmasked. I guess I'm not into brainwashing at all.
